Why can't I buy the tickets I want?

Usually one of three reasons:

• Sold out. Everything's gone. Look for "Join waitlist" next to the sold out label, and we'll email you if any come back.
• Not on sale yet. Some tickets go on sale later than others.
• All tickets currently reserved. Someone else has them in their basket. If they don't finish paying, they come back within a few minutes, so it's worth refreshing.
